Children under 1.25 m tall must be accompanied by an adult.
Free access to gondolas with the 2024–2025 Andorra Pass, Nord Pass,Mountain Pass and Pedestrian season passes.

The available sectors are:
- Canillo Gondola + Portella Chairlift: 1 ascent and 1 descent**
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: from 21/06 to 27/07/25 and from 01 to 14/09/25.
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: from 28/07 to 31/08/25.
**Portella Chairlift open from 27/07 to 31/08 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Soldeu Gondola: 1 ascent and 1 descent.
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: from 21/06 to 28/09/25.
- La Massana Gondola + Serra II Chairlift: 1 ascent and 1 descent.
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.: from 21/06 to 14/09/25 and weekends from 20/09 to 12/10/25.
