The person who owns the gift voucher can choose any product and / or service from our Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís or Pal Arinsal online shopping website for any day this season.
How to use this gift voucher? Once the date has been defined and with our gift voucher locator in hand, the final customer should contact our reservations department to coordinate the day of services, at least 48 hours before the start of services. Important: reservation department will ask you to have the number of your gift voucher in hand.

- Valid for use exclusively in the 2024/2025 season.
- NON-REFUNDABLE value if not used this season, neither totally nor partially.
- Gift voucher to be exchanged in only one reservation / purchase.
- Not transferable value to the next season.
- Reservation with a minimum of 48 hours in advance through our web form, in our websites Grandvalira, Ordino-Arcalís and Pal Arinsal, informing voucher number desired service.
- It is possible to buy a higher value product paying the difference.
