***Key collection*** There is no physical reception. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link is sent to make the payment for the deposit and taxes, and after payment, access codes to the apartment are sent via WhatsApp. Key collection is done via the Autocheck-in system. (48 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email with the codes to the safe and your apartment number)
