Furthermore, its centric location allows its visitors to enjoy the leisure and restaurant options offered. The 22 closy duplex apartments have all the comforts you could need on you stay in Soldeu. Each appartment, approximately 60 m2 on two floors, has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dinning room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plus, you also get free Wi-Fi, laundry room, accessible estance and covered parking on request and extra payment. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 € (bank preauthorization) will be required. If everything is in order, the amount will be refunded within 7 days after the check-out day. If any damages are found when leaving the apartment, the following charges will be applied to the deposit, as applicable: -Furniture damage: between 50 and 200 €. -Property damage: 200 €. -100 € for smoking in the apartment. -Breakage or loss of utensils or linens: between 20 and 100 €.
